 CX Labs was super helpful to getting Slack integrated with Salesforce. We wanted a few integrations to track when new Leads were coming in so our teams knew to engage with prospective customers and the interface to a dedicated Slack channel allowed us to respond faster to new customers. We also integrated Service Cloud cases where when a new post or email from a customer came in, CX Labs built dedicated channels where alerts targeted at the Account Team or the case owner are notified atuomatically. This saves us time and allows us to just use Slack as a view into our business activity along with our teams conversations. Stephen made the process really easy for us and we were impressed at the solution.
